On May 22nd 2019 Telit Communications (TCM) issued an RNS with co broker Berenberg as one of the contacts. From the RNS of June 6 onwards Berenberg’s name has been missing from all releases. So is there, yet again, something that this company, founded by mortgage fraudster and fugitive from justice Uzi Katz, is not telling us?

Davide Serra is a man with a track record of terrible calls. For starters he was pals with call Me Dave Cameron. We have already seen that a former Telit (TCM) chairman got sent to the slammer in Israel for fraud. Yesterday it was admitted that - as we revealed a week earlier - the founder, CEO and largest shareholder Oozi cats was also a fraudster and when IPO'ing Telit a fugutive from US justice. Relief for Telit (TCM) bulls came at 4.05 PM Monday with news that Davide Serra had bought 1.6 million shares in Telit last week taking his holding from sub 3 to 4%. He only submitted his TR1 after the weekend but paying 160p-180p AFTER we exposed the, then, CEO Oozi cats as the Boston fraudster he clearly knew better than we did. But where did that name Davide Sella ring a bell?

Telit Communications (TCM) is spinning hard to suggest that all is well despite its founder, CEO and largest shareholder Oozi Cats being"resigned" today. It started by planting today's RNS in the ever pliant FT yesterday afternoon - the paper of record is now the mouthpiece for fraudsters wanting to spin a line. The timing of that FT plant now exposes the lies of today. Now comes the formal statement and it does not wash at all and begs massive questions which are just not answered.

The Financial Times, always happy to help a company in trouble try to polish a turd with some PR spinning, is reporting that Telit Communications (TCM) is to part company with its founder, 12% shareholder and CEO Oozi Cats on a permanent basis. After our Boston fraudster revelations of last week Oozi had already stepped down pending an investigation by a law firm Cameron McKenna. After our revelations he was toast. But sacking Oozi is not enough after today's bombshells on this website - this is PR spinning and does not address the issue of wholesale fraud at Telit.

After today's complete bombshell which shows that Telit (TCM) is a Globo style fraud and thus utterly worthless what follows may be a tad academic. But, none the less, it is yet another Red Flag which we all should have noticed earlier. Reading through the 2016 annual report of Telit it is apparent that Mr Fat Katz, sorry Mr Oozi Cats, had two unusual remuneration arrangements.

You might have thought that the 1991 Boston Real Estate fraud was the only brush Telit Communications (TCM) boos Oozi Cats/ Uzi Katz had enjoyed with the law. Think again. Though there has been no RNS from Telit on the matter of the BAMES bankruptcy which saw 1400 Italians lose their jobs and a massive criminal investigation, perhaps it might give us an update now.

The talents of Ruth Veronique Kats/Cats the wife of Telit Communications (TCM) boss Oozi/Uzi know no bounds. She is the owner of showjumping ponies which allow her daughter to compete for Israel. She owns a company producing arthouse films. Back in the early nineties it seems as if she, or someone born on the same day with the same name married to a man of the same name, had expertise in real estate fraud, as I revealed earlier today HERE. I comment about what was NOT said in today's release, try to second guess Uzi (that is the real one not a bogus ballet dancer/statistician/award winning chef) as to his next move.
